Our vision is anchored from the matriarch and patriarch of The McCoy Family, Tom & Helen McCoy. Their kindness and dedication to improving the world around them will never be forgotten.
Community Advisors
Muhoza is a Rwandan citizen who enjoys helping others.His hobbies include reading books and playing sports, such as, basketball, soccer, volleyball and handball. After finishing his secondary studies in 2011, Muhoza became a language teacher (English- French and Kinyarwanda) at one of the local secondary schools. In 2012, he joined Shooting Touch Rwanda as one of the head coaches. Currently, he is still working with Shooting Touch Rwanda and is honored to be helping the McCoy Foundation by becoming one of their Community Advisors.

Gama is a citizen of Tanzania. He is married to his beautiful wife of 14 years and together they have 4 children. After finishing his tour guide courses in 2010, Gama became a tour guide and trip leader for Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Merinyo. He has now climbed Kilimanjaro 83 times and Merinyo 27 times.
In his downtime, Gama enjoys watching football and movies. He is very happy to be helping the McCoy Foundation by becoming one of their Community Advisors.

Martin Rev Russo
Compliance Officer
Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an additional emphasis in Theology/Philosophy from DeSales University. Martin is a past president of the DeSales University Alumni Association and has served on the alumni board for more than 15 years. He continues to serve the university as a member of The President’s Council. Martin has also been a board member of the Boy and Girls Club of Bethlehem PA, and The Allentown Flag Day Association. He has also been active in his community as an elected official in Lehigh County PA. During his almost 40 years in the workforce, Martin has held managerial positions with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies such as The Prudential; First Union/Wachovia Bank; and Day-Timers, Inc.
Martin joins the MF with a passion for helping others, especially children in need, believing all children should have access to the building blocks of success including education and nutrition. Martin Russo joins the McCoy Family Foundation as the Compliance Officer.
Anthony P. Migliozzi
Financial Advisor
Anthony Migliozzi is an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®. He brings 16 years of diverse financial experience to bear in client relationships. He worked on the corporate side of finance for several years, working with financial advisors and their clients. Anthony finds true joy in working directly with individuals, families and business owners, applying his uncommon knowledge to each situation.
Working with clients, Anthony views himself as a guide; He applies his knowledge and experience to help his clients navigate difficult decisions and give them a clear vision of their future. Anthony believes the client experience is the most fulfilling part of their journey. He appreciates each unique client relationship and the privilege he has to help people realize their objectives. He is committed to forming personal relationships and is always open and accessible—ready for a conversation any time.
Anthony holds Series 6, 63, 66 & 7 and life and health insurance licenses. He has a bachelor's degree from Assumption College. He and his wife, Sheila, live in Suffield, Connecticut with their daughters Layla and Farah. In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys music, skiing(snow and water) hiking, paddle tennis, biking, and coaching youth sports as much as possible.
Tim Hepp
Treasurer
Tim Hepp is a National Account Sales Manager at Simon & Schuster. Tim has over 33 years experience selling books to a customer base which includes Independent retail bookstores, B&N College stores and two national wholesalers.Over the course of his career, Tim has won numerous awards including S&S Sales Rep of the year honors, the New Atlantic Independent Booksellers Association (NAIBA) Rep of the year award and has been nominated twice for the Publishers Weekly Rep of the Year.
Tim served for 6 years on the NAIBA board and has also been a volunteer Track Coach for the Catholic Youth Organization for 17 years. As a reading and youth advocate for many years, Tim is confident he can bring an important voice to the McCoy Foundation.
